Nollywood actress and politician, Doris Ogala has opened up about her past relationships especially her crashed marriage. The governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress, AAC, come 2027 general election in Abia state, also shared the painful experience of how she lost her marriage after 10 miscarriages.

The actress made this revelation when she appeared on the  Clarity Zone podcast, anchored by on air personality Chinese Ani; known as Nedu Wazobia.

When asked who will become the first man of Abia state if she eventually wins the governorship election next year, the controversial actress declared that currently she is still single, but hopes to get another husband when she becomes Governor.

On her past relationships, she revealed that between 2017 and 2019 she was in a relationship with Pastor Chris Okafor, the founder of Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, popularly known as Liberation City.

Thereafter she got married in 2022 but the marriage could not last as a result of the series of challenges she faced

In an emotional laden tone, Ogala revealed that she suffered more than 10 miscarriages during the marriage which led to the collapse of her marriage.

Her words: “I’m single now. I dated Pastor Chris Okafor from 2017 to 2019 and then I got married. But my marriage still crashed in 2022 because I had over 10 miscarriages.

“I dated Pastor Chris from 2017 to 2019, then I got married. My marriage crashed in 2022 because I had over 10 miscarriages. I served as a Special Adviser to Okezie Ikpeazu on Creative Arts, Culture and Tourism. I will say Okezie Ikpeazu contributed to the suffering we are facing today.

“I became Special Adviser for only two weeks. They made me Special Adviser to use me, so I didn’t follow them to contribute to the problem. I don’t want to always talk about Pastor Chris. I will get another husband when I become Governor”, she added.
