Actress and producer Nkechi Blessing Sunday has advised women to work on being financially independent instead of making marriage their focus and target. The movie producer noted that, it’s important especially for women to be financially grounded before thinking of going into marriage or being committed in a marriage. She said, every woman should be more afraid of poverty than being single.

“Woman to woman, you should be more afraid of being poor than being unmarried. Singleness doesn’t take away your worth, but poverty can take away your choices,” she noted.
