I’ll keep my new romance private -Nkechi Blessing

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has issued a firm warning to anyone attempting to secretly record her and her partner whenever they step out.

In a video she shared on Instagram, Nkechi said that although she is a public figure, she intends to keep her current relationship completely private and off social media.

She recounted a recent incident at a restaurant where a woman was secretly filming them until a waitress alerted her. Nkechi said she approached the lady politely but made it clear that such behaviour is disrespectful and unacceptable.

She stressed that if anyone wants a picture or video, they should simply walk up to her, but she will not tolerate unsolicited recordings of her and her man, who prefers to stay off the internet.

She warned that the next time someone tries it, their phone might not survive the encounter.

Nkechi also added that her partner is not hiding but simply doesn’t want to be dragged into online conversations, and if she ever decides to show him publicly, it will be on her own terms.
