Quintessential Leader: Deputy Gov, Onyeme hits 61

One individual who clearly embodies the latter is the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Chief (Sir) John Monday Onyeme, whose life and career have been defined by service, loyalty, and impactful leadership.
