Nigeria @ 66: Group launches masterclass to equip content creators for global digital opportunities

The African Continental Chapter of the United Nations International Peace and Governance Council ( UNIPGC AFRICA) in collaboration with JodelaTv and EduCore Impact Organization sets to launch the 2026 Social Media & Content Creator Capacity Building Masterclass, an intensive in-person workshop aimed at radically elevating the skills, professionalism, and income potential of digital content creators in Nigeria.

The Global President and Chairman of the UNIPGC Supreme Council, His Excellency, Ambassador Jonathan Ojadah through a Press release said
“The Nigerian creative industry is overflowing with talent, but talent alone is no longer enough to compete globally,” . “This masterclass bridges the gap between raw creativity and structural competence. We are equipping creators with the technical optimization and narrative power required to build sustainable, influential digital enterprises right here from Nigeria.”
The event will take place live in Lagos during the Nigeria @ 66 PEACE AND GOVERNANCE CONFERENCE/ AWARDS .. A High Level Dialogue towards Strenghtening Democratic Governance, Investment Promotion and Peace Building Systems in Nigeria in Commemoration Of Nigeria Independence..

Applications are now officially open for the 2026 Content Creators and Social Media Capacity Building Masterclass.

Eligibility Criteria
👉 Must be an active content creator, digital journalist, blogger, podcaster, or video editor based in Nigeria.
👉 Must have an existing, verifiable online platform or portfolio (minimum 6 months of active content).
👉 Must be available for the full the in-person masterclass sessions.

How to Apply
Space is strictly limited to ensure an optimal mentor-to-student ratio. Interested creators must submit an online application detailing their current work and motivation for attending.
