Outpour of emotions as Chimamanda Adichie’s 21-month-old son, Nnamdi dies

Renowned author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and her husband, Dr. Ivara Esege, have reportedly lost one of their twin sons, Nkanu Nnamdi, who passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, after a brief illness. The couple are said be grief-stricken over the ugly incident and her hordes of fans across the world have been empathising with her over the loss.
