Peter Obi salutes Soludo at birthday anniversary

Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, Mr Peter Obi has, in a rare display of candour and maturity, extended his heartfelt birthday anniversary wishes to Prof Charles Soludo, the governor of Anambra State, despite not getting same from him during Obi’s birthday celebration on July 19.

In a post made late Tuesday night, Obi reminded him that birthdays were moments to reflect on the gift of life and wished the governor peace and fulfilment.

According to Obi in the post, titled, A Birthday wish to Governor Charles Soludo, “I warmly congratulate the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, on the occasion of his birthday.

Birthdays are moments to thank God for the gift of life and to reflect on the opportunities and responsibilities that come with each new year. As Governor Soludo marks another year today, I wish him good health, strength, wisdom, and God’s continued guidance.
