Obunike Ohaegbu, a House of Representatives aspirant whom Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo claimed was asked to pay money for a ticket in the NDC has slammed the actor for copying and sharing documents which he had earlier made available in the court to hoodwink social media users as his evidence, following a defamation lawsuit brought against him by lawyers of Mr. Peter Obi.
In a post on Wednesday, an enraged Ohaegbu, asked Okonkwo to produce evidence where he told him the NDC was demanding money from him for a ticket instead of his unwarranted rants on social media.
According to Ohaegbu, “My brother, Kenneth Okonkwo, you are still my friend. We are not fighting and we cannot fight over this issue which I consider straight forward.
“Instead of all these explanations and documents you are sharing, simply publish the SOS you claimed I sent you wherein I said that Peter Obi asked me to pay N10m as the money is needed for his campaigns. Your readers are not morons. Make the publication and explain thereafter.
“Meanwhile, the receipt of payment you are sharing is already in the public domain because it is one of the documents I filed at the Federal High Abuja.”
Okonkwo, a supporter of Atiku Abubakar, and ADC has been on several media fora, criticising Mr Peter Obi, following his exit from ADC to form an alliance with Rabiu Kwankwanso in the NDC.
