A man must spend money to prove his love for me -Miriam Ogbonna

Controversial Nollywood actress Miriam Ogbonna, has sparked major public debate by stating that a monetary gift is the primary proof of a man’s love for her.

She publicly expressed that a man spending money he suffered to earn is a clear indicator of genuine affection. The movie producer further said that she will never believe any man’s profession of love unless he demonstrates that with money

Writing via her X handle, the producer of ‘Paternity Leave’ and ‘Village Girl’, said though making money is difficult, but the only way she can accept and truly believe that her man has affection for her  is only when the man doles out the money he has suffered to make.

She wrote: “If you don’t give me money, I will never ever ever agree that you like or love me.

“You have to give me money. Money is hard to come by. So, if you give me the money you suffered for, ehen, I will know that you like/love me.”
