My advice to Nigerian runs-girls -Actress Shaffy Bello

Veteran Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello, has caused ripples with her latest advice, after she said that there’s nothing wrong in being a commercial sex worker, known in local parlance as “Ashawo” if it’s for survival.

The actress said this, when she appeared on the recent episode of Morayo Show. According to the mother of two, she doesn’t judge commercial sex workers because of the nature of their work, rather she will advise them to do it with respect because some go into it for survival or pressing needs. Bello however advised those that go into it for pressing need not remain there.

“If what you are doing now is being a ‘runs girl’ to make money, you don’t have to stay there. I understand it, I never judge. If you go be ash*wo, do am well. Do it well with respect and your full-chest

“However, don’t stay there. If that is what you have to do right now to make a living.  Some girls are doing it because they need to feed mom, send their younger ones to school. I understand it. However, my darlings, don’t stay there,” she advised.
